Terms of Service

The public website provides information about our cybersecurity, AI governance, and compliance advisory practice and lets you request a consultation. The client portal is a private, invite-only environment where retained clients exchange evidence, receive deliverables, and manage engagement activity. Access to the portal is granted only to authorized users of a client organization.

Portal registration is invite-only and requires enrollment in multi-factor authentication before access is granted. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and authenticator, for all activity under your account, and for notifying us immediately of any suspected unauthorized use. We may suspend or revoke access to protect the Service or other clients.

You agree not to misuse the Service. You will not attempt to access data belonging to another organization, probe or breach security or authentication measures except under an authorized engagement, upload malicious code, disrupt the Service, or use it in violation of applicable law. Uploaded files are scanned and may be rejected or removed if they fail security checks.

Advisory services are provided under a separate written engagement agreement between Axiom Stream Security and the client organization. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a signed engagement agreement regarding the services, the engagement agreement controls. Information and materials made available through the Service are provided for the client’s internal use in connection with the engagement.

We treat client engagement material as confidential and protect it with the controls described in our Privacy Policy. You agree to treat non-public information you receive through the Service — including deliverables, assessments, and platform functionality — as confidential.

The Service, including its design, content, and software, is owned by Axiom Stream Security and protected by intellectual-property laws. Deliverables produced for a client are licensed or assigned as set out in the applicable engagement agreement. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute the Service except as expressly permitted.

The public website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. Advisory services carry the warranties, if any, stated in the engagement agreement and no others. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Axiom Stream Security will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service; liability arising from an engagement is governed by the engagement agreement.

We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. Questions about these Terms can be directed to Axiom Stream Security through the contact form on this site.
